wholesales to streetwear, design, green, motorcycle and Apple stores
makes corporate gifts for companies from their billboards, or for companies just looking for a green / edgy / eco gift or promotional product
the haul of fame includes the likes of :
SEEK, Jetstar, AGL, NRMA, Origin Energy, BP, EDS, Flexicar, V-Festival
makes furniture and does bar / cafe / nightclub interiors
the biz lives and breathes online and the brand will continue to be built & expand domestically and O/S online
based in North Fitzroy is the shop, workshop, warehouse, distribution, offices, photo studio
numbers:
2 full time staff
1 part time retail
1 part time web / retail
1 part time admin
1 Dog - full time ( model, greeter, product tester, mediator )

Office Manager
( haul is a creative biz, but this is an admin / operations role)
Full time
5 days per week ( including some/ rotating Sat & Suns )
role reports directly to Scott Kilmartin ( owner / GM )
casual retail / admin staff will report to this role
Based in North Fitzroy VIC
haul is looking for someone to be office manager and be a flexible generalist
Organising & Systemising
developing systems to make the biz/admin run more efficiently
Accounts/ Admin
processing / invoicing wholesale orders
book keeping.
following up accounts receivable.
generating accounting reports.
checking invoices and paying bills. staff rosters
Retail:
shop sales, talking to punters - communicating the brand.
processing / packing/ shipping web orders
web content uploading - thru CMS eg. blog entries or product upload, copy
dealing with inbound enquiries - from Joe & Josephine Public, retailers, media, corporates, and suppliers
customer service
banging out press releases and hounding journos for editorial & bloggers to review our wares
the required …
web friendly, MYOB, Excel, Microsoft office suite, CRM
drivers license ( or have competed in the Tour De France... @ least twice )
google, skype, facebook & wikipedia are part of your vocab
an eye & ear for stuff: design, merchandising, store layout, hearing punter feedback
previous lion taming, ice skating & juggling experience would be a major bonus
