When you receive your order
We try our best to ensure that all products are shipped free from defects. In the rare case that you receive a dud product upon delivery, do not panic, sit down take a moment and simply contact haul. Gus will organise to have the item replaced for you at our expense, and that includes shipping.
Warranty issues over time
haul offers a 2 year warranty on all haul products - whether purchased from haul or another retailer - for reasonable wear and tear.
If it's repairable we will, if not we'll give you a new one. We do ask that you pay cost of shipping the bag back to us and we'll pay the cost to send it back to you. Fair we think.
If you drop your bag into the campfire whilst humming Kum ba yah and it cooks don't call us. That does not constitute reasonable wear or tear...Capiche ? Besides, it can make for an embarrassing conversation when Gus has to tell you, Sorry Fella... no can do.
Method of return payment
haul retail stores do not give cash for warranty returns. Bank account or credit card details need to be supplied by you for refund the money into your account, within 4 working days of reception of product. This is regardless of whether the product was paid for with cash.
