Liability
haul.com.au is not liable for any losses or damages caused by this website or any website linked to or from this website. We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving reason. Upon cancellation of an order we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. All received monies will be refunded using the method received for online purchases.
Delivery
The delivery times provided by haul.com.au are estimates only. haul.com.au will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. haul.com.au can not be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses. Mind reading is harder than you think and although Gus is very intuitive he can't guess the address you 'meant' to write.
Acceptance of goods
The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 5 working days of receiving the good should there be a fault. We doubt you will receive a dud, but sometimes one sneaks past Gus.
Pricing
Prices on this website are subject to change without notice. [look, we know it's obvious but our legal bloke makes us say all this shit].
There may be duties and taxes added to your package by the destination country. You will be responsible for these upon delivery and are not included in your order total. All credit cards are charged in Australian Dollars. Good & Services Tax [GST] is not charged on orders with a delivery address outside of Australia {international] regardless of which country they are ordered from.
Returns
Returns must be in 'as new' condition unless faulty. Faulty goods will be dealt with as a warranty claim. Special return offers apply to individual orders only.
Order cancellations
If notified before goods have been dispatched, haul.com.au can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped, haul.com.au reserves the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we not be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service.
Privacy policy
haul respects your right to privacy. haul takes all reasonable care when transferring and storing your details.
Collection of information
haul only collects the information it needs to conduct our business. We may use your details to contact you regarding your order for reasons such as, but not limited to, failed credit card transactions, incomplete order information, stock availability. You will only receive updates on product lines if you have elected to receive them. They will contain the necessary information to opt out from receiving further updates.
Disclosure
For the purpose of processing your order, we may disclose your details to:
- Our payment gateway service provider.
- Courier companies.
- Companies selected by haul tom carry our order fulfillment.
- We may disclose your details where required by law to government or regulatory [but they'll have to force us].
Storage of credit card numbers
No credit card details are stored permanently by haul.

You have the right to access your personal details which are kept by us. You will be required to put this request in writing. If you would like any further information about our privacy policy, please contact us through our contact page.
In short, spam drives us nuts too, so we won't be knowingly spamming you & yours. @haul we don't believe in corporal punishment, but would happily make an exception for spammers.
