General Info
- Orders that come in before 3pm will be dispatched on the same day.
Once your order has been placed and paid for in full, it will be dispatched as soon as possible.
- If you pay via Direct Deposit there maybe up to a two day wait for funds to clear. Do not use this option if you want to ship Express.
- We use Australia Post and Couriers Please depending on where the product is going.
- We recommend shipping your order to a business address for hassle free delivery & reception.
- Residential addresses will always ship via Australia Post which may slow down delivery if you're in a regional area.

Customer pick-up
From the haul store in Melbourne (North Fitzroy) Pickup - FREE of course.
Place your order online and choose pick-up as the shipping option.
Payment is made through the online store prior to pick-up.
Standard Shipping > 2-4 days AUD $7.50
Service does deliver to PO Boxes.
If no one is available to sign for the parcel, a collection card is
left in your Post box to arrange a re-delivery.
Australia Post Express > 48 hours AUD $9.50 (up to 500g - except where cubing rule applies) / $15.00 (over 500g)
Service IS trackable.
Service DOES deliver to PO Boxes.
