How long will my order take to ship?
If you select standard shipping, you're looking at 2-4 days. Express shipping is delivered within 48 hours. You can also choose to pick-up your order from the haul store in North Fitzroy. It's also good to know that if you order BEFORE 3pm, your order will be dispatched the same day.
What are the shipping costs?
Regular Shipping (within Australia):
Orders totaling $99 or over are shipped for FREE
Orders under $99 cost $7.50
Express Shipping (within Australia):
A4 notepad covers / A4 doc satchels & Laptop sleeves = $9.50
Messenger bags = $15.00
What is the returns policy?
All online orders carry a 45 day no-questions asked returns policy. If your item is not quite what you had in mind, you can return it for an exchange or refund (excluding shipping costs).

Yes! Credit card payments are processed with SecurePay, who process cards using a secure 128 bit SSL encryption. We also do not keep your credit card details on file.
