Change of mind returns
Products purchased from our www.haul.com.au online store
come with a 45 day Satisfaction Guarantee. If the haul bag/accessory you
ordered is not quite what you had in mind, you can return the product
for an exchange or a refund on the purchase price (excluding shipping)
within 45 days from the date of purchase.
All returned products need to be in perfect unused
condition, complete with original packaging. Proof of purchase is
required. Should the product not be in original condition, please
contact haul before returning it as this may save you some unnecessary
costs. There is a $10.00 service and repacking charge for any returned
items which are returned without original swing tags and/or missing bag
componentry.
We recommend that you return your unwanted product using registered post
or trackable courier. We will not be held responsible if returned items
are lost in transit. If we don't receive it back we can't refund you.
The 45 Day Satisfaction Guarantee is not applicable to bulk
orders (orders greater than 10 products). Specific guarantees will be
stated at the time of enquiry for bulk orders.

North Fitzroy VIC and Salamanca TAS are not subject to the online 45 Day
Change-of-Mind Returns.

Exchanges
If you've purchased a bag or accessory from us and it's in 'as new' order, we'll exchange it anytime within 45 days from purchase date. Here's how to do it...
Online Purchases:
All online exchanges are to be processed as a change of mind return. [See above] but the jist is: purchase another product outright and we'll process your refund of the original product once we receive it back [in perfect unused condition].
If you would like to exchange for a different haul bag, please place a new online order for your new bag/accessory of choice and return the previously ordered bag to haul for a refund. Or simply bring the product into a haul store to do the exchange on the spot. Proof of purchase from haul will be required.
In-Store Purchases:
Bring it in, hand it over the counter, pick another and walk out. Simple.
If you want to 'upsell' yourself to a product that costs more, you can, but you can't 'downsell', that would be bad for business and could make you a money launderer.
fine print: haul Cash Cards [our name for Gift Vouchers] are not returnable nor refundable, but you do have a year from purchase date to redeem them.
haul products purchased from other retailers or stockists maybe exchanged by haul and will be decided on a case by case basis, so have a good story ready when you come into the store and in 20 words or less tell Gus why he should.
